What are the recommended browser requirements?
AutoOneAgents recommends that you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher to ensure that you are accessing all the benefits of the site.
If you do not have IE 7.0 (or above), please visit the Microsoft Site to download the latest version of IE. There is no charge for this download. Microsoft provides a list of system requirements, download times and installation instructions. For technical issues with downloading and installing the software, please contact Microsoft.
What is the best screen size for AutoOneAgents?
We recommend that you set your monitor to 800x600 resolution (or higher) for best viewing. This determines how much you can see on your computer screen at once. The lower the resolution, the bigger everything is, resulting in less space on your screen. If you recently purchased your computer, it may be set at a higher setting. Otherwise, it is probably automatically set to 640 x 480. Almost all computers are capable of adjusting up. Consult your computer manual for details on adjusting your screen resolution.
